Want to Win a Handmade Quilt? Winter is Coming

As we are all aware, there are many people out there less lucky than others.
Countries or regions with fewer opportunities.
People who are struggling with everyday life.
Children who don't see chocolate at every corner.
Women who doubt their humanity.
Ill who don't have anywhere to go and treat a disease.

It's heartbreaking if you think about it.

How would you feel if you were in their place?
Would you like to have some help?
I know I would.

Some of the fortunate ones, Martine and Clare, are doing their best to raise as much money as possible for people in need.
They invest an awful amount of time in making jams and fudge, baking cakes and cookies then holding parties to sell these delicacies and donate the money to the Nepal-ease.

NEPAL-ease is a registered charity in England and Wales (Registered Charity number 1168931).

"Working closely with the local communities, we have identified sustainable projects focusing on health and wellbeing, women's enterprise, education and end of life/palliative care." - From the official website.

As I have written on my other 3 posts, a group of women from the company I work for, embarked on a very brave crafty work.

To make a quilt by hand from start to end with the intent of raising money for this great cause.

My hand - working hard

I have plunged body and soul into this project because I know exactly how the less lucky feel every day.

It took us two (years) to finish it because we all have busy lives.
Besides, hand sewing is extremely time-consuming.

Martine hopes to raise £500 from selling raffle tickets to colleagues, friends of friends, and family.
In fact, we are exhibiting the quilt for all this week in our company. Last week, Clare displayed it with pride during a fundraising gathering.

I have higher expectations because I believe that this gorgeous looking, soft and fluffy quilt is a very valuable piece of art.

Trust me, the pictures don't give it justice.

That's why we thought to give the chance of winning this adorable work art to as many soulful humans as possible.

So now, everyone in this world could buy a personalised raffle ticket for just £2 and be a lucky winner.

We will find a way to send it to you if you win it.

If you have PayPal, please send your £2 to criopax@gmail.com including your name, address and method of contact.
To make it simple, choose: Send money to friends and family.

If you don't have PayPal, you can create an account for free. It's very safe and useful.

It's very important for you to write the reason you sent the money, chose one or all.
  • Raffle tickets
  • I want that quilt!
  • That piece of art is mine!
  • An amazing Quilt for my mother/sister/friend, etc.
We will write your name on a ticket and take pictures with it as proof.

If on the 30th of January 2018, your ticket will be the winner and not mine, I will cry my heart out because I absolutely love it.
But, we will send it to you with all our love.

Please do read more about the story and the method here:
Winter is coming, people. A fluffy colourful handmade quilt is everything you need.
It won't only keep you warm physically, but it will make you happy every time you look at it.

Do send your money and pray to win it.
The value is remarkable.

Martine and I with the quilt exposed in our company. We can't be more proud
Some people from abroad have expressed their interest in the quilt but at that time we didn't consider this possibility.
Now you have it.

Good luck!
